Our History

One Family Childcare was founded by Zziwa Abaulnassir. Aka (father for the Father) Farouk knows what it means to lose your family and live on the streets, spending each day searching for something to eat, and a place to lay your head. He has taken these children off the streets and is caring for them, providing food, clothing, shelter, and education with support through donations. He also shares with the needy children in villages, including help for their education. With the increased numbers of Ugandan orphans sleeping on an empty stomach, poor children whose parents can‘t afford school fees, or even the very basic needs, every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference.
